Vorkath's head is an item dropped by Vorkath. For any given kill, the drop rate of the head is 1/50, with the exception of the 50th kill, where the drop is guaranteed. Players can take the head along with 75 mithril arrows and Ava's accumulator or 4,999gp along with the head and mithril arrows (for a new device) to Ava in Draynor Manor to obtain Ava's assembler, which gives increased stats and a better ammo-returning chance. Players can also use the head on a ranging or max cape to give the enhanced ammo-returning effect to those capes.
It can also be combined with a slayer helmet or slayer helmet (i) to create a turquoise slayer helmet or turquoise slayer helmet (i), respectively. Doing so requires purchasing the ability Undead head for 1,000 slayer reward points.
Additionally, it can also be mounted in a Skill Hall in a player-owned house. Before it can be mounted, it must be stuffed by the Taxidermist in Canifis, where she will charge 50,000 coins and return Vorkath's stuffed head to the player. They can then mount the head using 2 mahogany planks and 2 gold leaves. When players take it to the Taxidermist, she will exclaim "This blue dragon smells like it's been dead for a remarkably long time. Even by my standards, it smells awful."
If a player has an Ornate undead combat dummy in their player-owned house, it can be added to create a Ornate dragon combat dummy (combat dummy to act as a draconic monster).
Lastly, the head can be sacrificed to the Dark Altar north of Arceuus, granting 1,000 Prayer experience. This does not require or grant any favour. Alternatively, it can be used as an ensouled dragon head for the Arceuus spell Reanimate Dragon, which gives more experience.
