Manta rays are a members-only fish that require a Cooking level of 91 to cook and give 216.3 Cooking experience when cooked. Burning a manta ray results in a burnt manta ray. For the list of known burn levels, refer to the burn level article. Wearing the Cooking cape while cooking manta rays will prevent players from burning them.
Manta rays heal 22 hitpoints in one bite and are considered to be among the best foods in the game. They weigh less than tuna potatoes (0.5kg), yet more than dark crabs (0.3kg) and anglerfish (0.4kg), with all three healing 22 hitpoints in a single bite, anglerfish only if Hitpoints is level 93 or higher. Note that anglerfish has the added benefit of being able to heal the player above their base hitpoints.
Catching and cooking a manta ray is a requirement for the Elite Ardougne Diary.
